Terms of sale
1. Who we are
These terms govern purchases made on this website from Autobahn Promotions (operating with Autobahn Exotics, "we", "us"), located at [business address: N/A]. Contact: [email: N/A]. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Card License, the Return & Exchange Policy and the Privacy Policy.
2. What you are buying
You are buying one or more digital packs. Each $5 pack contains exactly one digital collector card: an image file of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk with a rarity level and a unique 4-character serial code (letters A to Z and digits 0 to 9, never repeated). The rarity of the card in your pack is set at random when your payment is confirmed, using the published odds shown on the site; the odds are the same for every pack. The card is delivered by download link. A purchase is a purchase of that digital product and nothing else.
3. No prize, drawing or contest
Buying a pack does not enter you into any raffle, sweepstakes, drawing, giveaway or contest. No vehicle, cash or other prize is offered, implied or awarded to any purchaser, and no rarity or serial code entitles anyone to anything beyond the card itself. Every purchaser receives exactly the pack or packs they paid for. The vehicle pictured is not for sale or for award through this website. Cards have no guaranteed resale or monetary value, and we make no statement that any card will become more valuable.
3A. Pack contents and odds
Each pack contains exactly one card. Rarity is assigned at random when payment is confirmed, using these odds, which apply equally to every pack: Common 60%, Uncommon 25%, Rare 10%, Epic 4%, Legendary 1%. Past packs do not change the odds of future packs. Every rarity is a digital card of the same kind; no rarity carries a prize, cash value or right of redemption. Counsel to confirm that publishing these odds satisfies any applicable rules on randomized digital items.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order. We may decline or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.
5. Price and payment
Each pack costs $5.00 USD unless the checkout page shows otherwise. You may buy as many packs as you like, up to the per-order maximum shown at checkout. Taxes, if any apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by our third-party payment processor (Betterpay). We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Your download links appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. Links stay active for [period: N/A]. Please download and keep a copy of your files. If you do not receive your links within one hour, contact us at [email: N/A] and we will resend them.
7. License and ownership
Your purchase includes a personal, non-commercial license to the card as set out in the Card License. We keep the copyright in the photograph and design. You do not acquire any rights in the vehicle pictured or in any trademark.
8. Trademarks and independence
Jeep, Grand Cherokee, Trackhawk and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. This website and its cards are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jeep, Stellantis or any of their affiliates. The names are used only to describe the vehicle in the photograph.
9. Availability and changes
We may change prices, close the sale, or stop offering the card at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been completed. Specifications shown on the car page are provided by the vehicle's owner and may be updated; they are descriptive only and are not a warranty.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The card is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11A. Confirmations at checkout
Before paying, you must tick three confirmations: that you are of age and buying voluntarily with a payment method you are authorized to use; that each pack holds one card of random rarity under the published odds, delivered immediately, with all sales final and no prize or cash value; and that you accept these terms and our policies. Orders of $500 or more also require your typed name as a signature. We keep a record of these confirmations, with the time, IP address and device, and of the delivery and download of your cards, and may provide that record to our payment processor if a charge is disputed.
12. All sales final; chargebacks
All sales are final and no refund will be issued, as set out in the Return & Exchange Policy. You agree to contact us before disputing any charge with your bank or card issuer. We will contest disputes for charges you authorized and received, and may cancel the related cards and refuse future orders.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
