All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Digital product

Cards are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Because the product is delivered and can be copied at once, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check your order and your email address before you pay.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you understand all sales are final. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first at [email] so we can fix it; most issues are resolved faster directly than through your bank. If a charge is disputed with your bank or card issuer, we will contest it and give the processor our records of the order, including the payment confirmation, the delivery of your download links, the download activity, your email and IP address, and your acceptance of these terms. We may suspend or cancel any card and download links tied to a disputed order, and may refuse future orders from that customer. Filing a dispute for a charge you authorized and received may be treated as fraud, and we reserve every remedy available to us by law.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law or under the rules of your card issuer or payment network, including your right to dispute a charge that was unauthorized, billed in the wrong amount, or not delivered.
